Shipping Policy

Merchandise is shipped the following business day, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) using local post. For local orders delivery will take 7-12 days. For international orders delivery will take 14-21 days, depending on the country of destination. A customs duty may be charged for international orders. K A I  S A N will not be responsible for payment of this duty.

If your order has a tracking code, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive confirmation via email from us once your order is on its way. Click on the tracking link in this email to see where your package is on its journey to you.

We try to meet all delivery times, though, occasionally, there are delays, especially during busy periods (holidays, sales etc). There may be other factors as well, such as postal service delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather, and sometimes the postal service is unable to access the delivery address. We will keep you as updated as we can, and you should be able to track the progress of your package. If you have any other issues, feel free to contact us. We cannot be held liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Items ordered online - Return through your local post office.
You'll find a label on the returns note in your package. Note that this is not pre-paid.
Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt, or your refund may be denied. 
Please keep your postal receipt and send us a copy so we can track the package. 

 

Items purchased from a physical store or stockist - Return directly to the store of purchase. 

Goods should be returned within 7 days of receipt. 

Please bring original receipt of purchase to receive your refund.

Sale items will not be accepted for refund nor exchange. 


Once you've been refunded, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
K A I  S A N and stockists will not accept returns of damaged goods.
